Program Information:

Spend four weeks in one of Europe’s most historical cities. On our Art and Photography in Rome program, you’ll find yourself studying amidst beautiful architecture and famous masterpieces from artists through the ages.

Here are some things to expect while on this unique program:
  • Live with fellow students in great local apartments – Live in the heart of it all in cool, furnished apartments and get to know other students from all over the US who are on your program.

  • Hands-on classes-  Our professors know that you didn’t come all the way to Europe to sit in a classroom and learn about famous works of art that are only steps away! You will learn in and out of the classroom, and both cities will become an extension of your classroom space.

  • Study in the heart of the city – It’s the opportunity of a lifetime: study and live in Rome, a center of European art and high culture. Check out the best architecture, food, and cultural sites in the world this summer!

Location:
Rome is an amazing location for a study abroad program! It gives students all they seek in terms of culture, adventure, history, architecture and cuisine. Rome is the perfect size for a short-term study abroad experience, as you’ll be able to become well-acquainted with the city, yet it will continue to surprise you with its dynamic culture and myriad museums, galleries, eateries, shops and charming streets and plazas. You can spend hours on end just exploring the city’s hidden gems. Stumble into a restaurant playing live music; strike up a conversation with an old man relaxing in the plaza; snap photos of the Colosseum from all angles; or stroll up to St. Peter's Basilica at sunset.
