On our Semester in Bendigo, you will have it all: outstanding academics at La Trobe University's Bendigo campus, a vibrant student community, a walkable city, and easy access to Melbourne and Victoria’s wine country. What really makes Bendigo great is that you'll enjoy urban amenities while experiencing true Aussie living.  And the climate is mild year-round. You will experience:

  • Life in a midsize city of Aussies –  If you’ve always wanted to study abroad in Australia, Semester in Bendigo is perfect; located in a great Australian city, the program has all the amenities of urban life without all the tourists. You’ll have kangaroos hopping through campus, though.

The University:
The Bendigo campus is LaTrobe's second largest, with more than 4,000 local and international students. You’ll have tons of opportunities to meet local Aussies and other international students. The campus is situated about 2 miles from the city center on 33 hectares of natural Australian bushland adjacent to Bendigo National Park. Student apartments, the fitness center, and lecture halls are all within easy walking distance.
