London Now

londonLondon Now is a uniquely designed program that showcases all that the amazing city of London has to offer. One of the most distinctive features of this program is that it is tailored to students' individual interests. The program takes a three-pronged approach to customizing an exceptional and challenging semester for every participant. London Now semester students may design their schedules from among the following options:

  • specialized Arcadia University courses taken with other London Now participants and taught by expert British faculty;
     
  • courses taken alongside British students at City University in London;
     
  • courses in fashion and design at the London College of Fashion.

Individual Study Tracks
To facilitate the registration process, Arcadia has divided groups of engaging courses into subject-specific "individual study tracks." Consisting of pertinent combinations of London Now, City University, and London College of Fashion options. These suggested tracks not only assist students in navigating the vast assortment of courses on offer, but also provide a context for harmonizing individual student goals with the scope of the program's many resources.

The Arcadia Advantage
An Arcadia program isn't just about enrolling you in an overseas institution however. It's about all of the services that we provide. Before you go, you can contact our program manager for advice on the application process, choosing courses, or simply what you should pack. Once you arrive, our resident director will lead an orientation program in London that will introduce you to the culture, history and politics of England as well as prepare you for the academic challenges of studying in a different educational system. During the semester, you can expect to participate in excursions that are designed to allow you to reflect on the learning that is taking place outside the classroom.
