The Business and Economics study abroad program in Rio de Janeiro aims to enhance your knowledge and skills in modern business and contemporary economics from a local, national, and regional perspective, and to develop your technical, cultural, and linguistic skills for future leadership in the global marketplace.

  • Study with a local institute whose respected academic departments of economics and business administration, have strong ties to the business sector and centers of economic policy and influence on both local and national levels
  • Live in a vibrant city and business center which is home to Brazil’s telecommunications giant, Globo, as well as the headquarters of myriad, major Brazilian and international companies
  • Visit various points of interest around Rio and Brazil and take part in individual and group community engagement activities with various organizations and communities throughout the greater Rio area
