Ahlan! We're so excited that you're preparing to study abroad on an IFSA-Butler summer program in Alexandria, Egypt. Alexandria is home to approximately 2 million people and the site was chosen by Alexander the Great to be the capital of his empire. Located on the Mediterranean, you'll find distinct European areas right beside Egyptian areas.
