Intern in Florence, Italy with AIFS

Earn up to 18 credits interning with a Florence-based company and studying the Italian language. You’ll receive international work experience, helping you test a potential career path while exploring interests and abilities in new ways. Working side by side with Florentines is the best way to gain insight into their culture, understand different approaches and prepare for the realities of working in a multicultural and interdependent world. Live in an Italian home or in a student apartment as you enjoy numerous social and cultural activities, such as trips to local art galleries, an Italian cooking class, and visits to the local museums. Enjoy trips to Rome, Venice and Siena. Prior to the start of the semester, you will attend a two-week orientation in Marina di Pietrasanta or Rome.

AIFS is recognized as the premium provider of study abroad programs. Program fees cover tuition and housing, with scholarship funding available. A meal plan, tours and excursions, insurance and 24-hour emergency service are also included. Outbound or round-trip flights with major airlines are also available.
